Twice a week, we pick up your loved one and take them somewhere meaningful.
Transportation & Support
We provide transportation to and from each outing, along with water and light snacks. Every group is accompanied by a driver and a helper to ensure seniors feel comfortable, supported, and cared for during the experience.
Connected to the Community
Silver Connects works with local venues, parks, and community spaces to create enjoyable and accessible outings for seniors throughout the San Diego area.
Simple Monthly Membership
Silver Connects operates on a monthly membership basis, allowing seniors to attend multiple outings each week. A minimum two-month commitment helps members feel comfortable, build familiarity, and form lasting connections.
